A Nevada woman who was rescued from a mobile home fire on Thursday has now died from injuries which she suffered during the blaze.
Seventy-four-year-old Ruth Olson died early Friday morning at a Des Moines hospital.
Firefighters from Nevada, Colo, and Cambridge were called to Olson’s mobile home in Nevada early Thursday evening after the fire broke out.
The cause of the fire has been ruled accidental related to careless smoking while using home oxygen, according to a news release from the Nevada Fire Department.
The mobile home was described as a total loss.
