“Americans and the Holocaust,” a national traveling exhibition from the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C., will finish its run at the Marshalltown Public Library on Friday, May 6 at 3:00 p.m.

“Americans and the Holocaust” examines the motives, pressures and fears that shaped Americans’ responses to Nazism, war and genocide during the 1930s and 1940s.

The Marshalltown Public Library was 1 of 50 libraries across the country that was chosen to hos the exhibition, and the only library in Iowa.
