A former combined Marshalltown restaurant is currently undergoing a series of changes, which according to  management, has resulted in two restaurants within the same building complex being reduced to just one.

The former KFC/Taco Bell restaurant located at 3007 South Center Street will revert back to strictly KFC, according to general Manager Chris Davenport.

Davenport noted that the change is designed to make the KFC image much less complex while improving service and overall operations.

In making the change, Davenport issued thanks to the many faithful Taco Bell customers who have patronized the company’s Marshalltown location in the past.

The KFC drive-thru lane will remain open to customers during the remodeling process.
