The Honey Creek Rodeo will be coming to the Central Iowa Fairgrounds in Marshalltown on Saturday, May 14th with separate shows being held at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Rose Genter, a primary spokesperson for the event, says the rodeo focuses primarily on traditions, respect, and promoting the future of rodeo.

Genter says Saturday’s rodeo event will feature things such as goat tying and break-away roping, just as you typically see in an adult rodeo event.

Admission for Saturday’s rodeo event is $10 per show or $15 for the day.
