The Marshalltown Police Department is joining other police force agencies across the United States in Recognizing “National Police Week,” which runs May 15 – 21, 2022.

The event officially kicked off on Sunday, which was recognized as “National Police Officer Memorial Day.”

Marshalltown Police Chief Mike Tupper is encouraging local citizens to take time this week to thank their law enforcement professionals for serving the Marshalltown community.
