A man is facing charges in connection with a motor vehicle accident that occurred Thursday evening within the city limits of Marshalltown.

According to Marshalltown Police, 21-year-old Nathan Hill was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in an accident outside a restaurant located on South Center Street.

Hill was later charged by police with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol and Failing to Report a Property Damage Accident.
