The Marshalltown Police Department has announced the arrest of an adult male subject on child endangerment and domestic abuse assault charges.

Thirty-three-year-old Edgar Yepez was arrested by Marshalltown Police early Saturday morning at an apartment complex located in the 1700 block of Edgebrook Drive.

Yepez was charged with Child Endangerment, Substantial Risk and Domestic Abuse Assault, Causing Bodily Injury.

A woman is facing child endangerment and domestic abuse assault charges in connection with an incident that occurred late Saturday evening at a Marshalltown area gas station.

Twenty-one-year-old Lilea Moore was arrested by Marshalltown Police at a gas station located in the 1700 block of Iowa Avenue East.

Moore was charged with Child Endangerment, Substantial Risk and Domestic Abuse Assault, Causing Bodily Injury.
