McFarland Clinic has announced that Michael Knutsen, PA-C will be joining the clinic’s orthopedic surgery department in Marshalltown on June 16th.

Knutsen received his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and Biology from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  He completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Knutsen is a Physician Assistant to Dr. Adam J. Hamilton and will provide orthopedic assessments and surgical assistance for various orthopedic surgeries, joint injections, and postoperative follow-up appointments.
