The Iowa Association of Workforce Boards will host their annual statewide training for Iowa’s nine local workforce development boards on Thursday, June 9th  from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Iowa Valley Continuing Education Conference Center, DeJardin Hall, in Marshalltown.

County Supervisors, businesses, chambers, economic developers, educators, and workforce professionals across Iowa will gather to discuss solutions to the issues driving today’s workforce headlines.

Attendees will have an opportunity to collaborate and engage in interactive training covering a variety of workforce related topics.

The Iowa Association of Workforce Boards membership is made up of Iowa’s 9 local workforce development board executive directors and board staff.

The association is dedicated ot enhancing Iowa’s workforce by supporting local workforce development boards and over 270 members statewide.
