On Monday, officers with the Nevada Public Safety Department arrested and placed in custody a person identified as Morgan Wickers of Nevada on an arrest warrant out of Massachusetts.

While making the arrest, it was learned that another wanted subject was residing at the same Nevada address.  A search warrant was obtained by law enforcement which later led to the arrest of Clint Palmer, who was also wanted by authorities in Massachusetts.

During the arrest, a marijuana growing operation was discovered with eight total plants being recovered, as well as other items used for growing and distributing marijuana.

Charges stemming from the search warrant include Possession With Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana Manufacture, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, and Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, with warrants for Failure to Register being issued out of Massachusetts, along with Obstruction of Prosecution.
