With a public hearing on a proposed development agreement for the Palisades Estate Apartments scheduled for Wednesday, July 20th, the Iowa Falls city council took a step should the agreement be finalized. The council voted to spend up to $600,000 to extend a gas line from river road to the 58-acre site. The money would come from available local option sales funds.
