WITH THE FOURTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE TORNADO ON THE MINDS OF MANY, THE MARSHALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TUESDAY APPROVED A CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING. THE PROJECT COST ROUGHLY $2.4 MILLION DOLLARS, MOST OF IT PAID FOR BY THE COUNTY, ALTHOUGH INSURANCE COVERED ABOUT $290,000. WORK CONTINUES ON THE COUNTY’S MAJOR REBUILDING PROJECT, THE COIURTHOUSE, WITH OPTIMISM THAT WILL BE FINISHED BEFORE THE YEAR IS OUT.
