A rural Toledo man was arrested this past Monday in connection with two separate indecent exposure incidents that took place near North Tama Schools during morning drop-off.  According to a press release from the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, at around 8 a.m. on Sept. 19, the Tama Co. Communications Center received a 911 call from a North Tama staff member reporting that three adolescent girls at two separate locations saw a man in a white truck exposing his genitals.  Jeremy Andrew Matney, 47, of rural Toledo, was subsequently arrested and charged with three counts of indecent exposure — masturbation in the presence of a child, each an aggravated misdemeanor, in connection with the incidents. The truck – allegedly driven by Matney – was later observed near the school, and a North Tama employee was able to obtain the license plate number and vehicle description at that time.
