I was able to finally catch up with Mayor Greer about the survey his office sent out to random residents of Marshalltown.  Here is what he and his team are hoping to find with the survey.

Mayor Greer goes on to tell me that its good for a city to survey its citizens every 4 or 5 years.  These studies help direct which goals the city and council will need to prioritize moving forward.
