We’ve got an update from Kendra Sorenson, Executive Director of the Marshalltown Area United Way about where they are at with their goal of $800,000 this year.

Kendra mentions there is about 10 weeks left in the calendar year which means the United Way is about half way done with their campaign.  She goes on to mention next steps to complete their goal

If you have not gotten a pledge card and want to donate, Kendra lets us know how you can support the United Way

99% of all donations stays to help local agencies.  Marshalltown Area United Way supports 28 agencies and 34 programs in Marshall County.
