MARSHALLTOWN, a privately held leader in construction tools and equipment, broke ground Thursday afternoon on a 51,000 square foot expansion of its Armstrong Avenue Facility in Fayetteville, Ark. The expansion allows MARSHALLTOWN to add necessary space to continue to manufacture and ship even more world-class, American-made construction tools and equipment. The project, slated for completion in November 2023, adds shipping and receiving docks, employee workspace, storage facilities, and an upgrade in electrical systems. MARSHALLTOWN opened a 60,000 square foot addition of manufacturing space at its Marshalltown, Iowa headquarters earlier this year. In October, MARSHALLTOWN marked the largest acquisition in company history with the purchase of WAL-BOARD TOOLS and expects to add nearly 200 jobs. The manufacturer has developed and released more than 280 new products in the past two years.
