With the light being shined on athletic trainers and doctors on the sideline after the Buffalo Bills game.  Tim Bell, former athletic director of the Marshalltown Community School District, gives us a peek behind the curtain of how that works.  He first wants to give a shout out

There were 7 different sporting events on Tuesday night between boys and girls sports just with the Marshalltown High School.  Tim tells us how the school fills the staff

Tim mentions that an AED is one of the most important things to have on hand at any event.  Everyone in the athletic department gets trained how to use one and they always have one on hand for athletic events.
