The City of Tama will be under a snow emergency from Wednesday 6pm – Friday 12:00 noon.

The City of Laurel will be under a snow ordinance from Wednesday 12:00 (noon) until snow ceases and your road is clear.

The City of Marshalltown will be under a snow ordinance starting tonight at 6pm.  Chief Tupper from the Marshalltown Police Department wanted to remind people after the storm the end of December about a few of the rules that comes with a snow ordinance

He wants to remind people that just because the snow plow goes by once, that does not mean the ordinance is lifted.  You will need to wait for that all clear signal. Chief Tupper was overall happy with how the first snow ordinance went
