The Iowa Property Tax Credit Claim, or also known as, Age and Income Credit, was discussed with Marshall County Treasurer DeAnn Tomlinson.  She first mentions who would qualify for this credit.

The individuals need to be listed as a deed owner on their property as well.  DeAnn tells us what the next step would be.

DeAnn mentions that if you feel you could qualify for this Tax Credit, to give her office a call and they can help you through the process.  Even though you didn’t qualify last year, you should still check this year, as income thresholds are always changing.
