As spring is coming and weather is becoming warmer, that brings out the orange cones and construction. This week, the Center Street Viaduct is closed from 8:30 – 3:30 each day as they are fixing the finger joints. Starting next Monday, March 27th, E State Street will be closed from just west of N 1st Ave. to just West of N 3rd Ave. This road closure will last approximately 3 months and will be the first phase in a larger project to upgrade State Street.
