With the construction on E State Street, it closes off public access to Marshalltown Water Works.  This has been confusing for people who drop their water payment off.  Deb McElroy, Marshalltown Water Works Customer Service Manager, informs listeners where to go

Deb says the office is still fully operational throughout the construction.  She also tells us other ways you can pay that bill

Snail mail is always an option, just make sure you give yourself enough time for it to get to their office.  Deb says that new service customers will still sign a contract, a staff member will bring the contract out to your car.
