The Optimist Club announces a man of the year each year, but then also does a roast of the individual.  Mike Miller, former owner and CEO of Racom, is the winner this year.  The ceremony is happening this Thursday

The event is taking place at Elmwood Country Club starting at 6pm on Thursday this week.  The Optimist Club will be putting on the event and chooses someone to highlight each year.

The cost to attend is $45 per person.  Talk to a local optimist or stop by the Chamber of Commerce for more information.
