Michelle Spohnheimer, Marshalltown Housing and Development Director, has submitted her resignation with the city. KFJB reached out for comment and Michelle confirmed that her last day with the city will be June 2nd. Michelle spent 22 years working for the city, she started as the Housing and Zoning Management officer in February 2001 and advanced in her career to the Housing and Development Director.
