The Marshall County Sheriffs Office and Iowa State Patrol were called to the scene of a crash on highway 330 Saturday morning.  A 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by 22-year-old Morgan Weiglet rear ended a tractor operated by 86-year-old Clarence Borton.  The crash caused Borton to fall off the tractor and the tractor overturned in a nearby ditch.  Borton sustained injuries that ultimately resulted in his death at the scene.  The 2 passengers of Weiglet’s car also sustained injuries.  The Marshall County Sheriffs office had the roadway closed for several hours while a technical investigation could be conducted.  No criminal charges have been filed.
