Heart of Iowa Big Brothers Big Sisters in Marshalltown has school based programs within the Marshalltown Community School district.  Lynne Carroll, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters, talks about surveys that they did at the end of the school year

She talks about how teachers saw a positive improvement with their attitude towards school at 84%.  Lynne tells us that the teachers recommend 98% of the students matched with a Big to be matched again next year.
