There is a Disc Golf Tournament happening this weekend at Riverview Park.  This tournament, Disc Golf Palooza is being put on by a local Disc Golf organization, that started as a college project.

That is Kurt Conrad who is overseeing the tournament this weekend.  There are some opportunities to win prizes or money at the tournament

Kurt tells me that registration will be open until late Friday night.  The cost is dependent on your skill level, anywhere from $25 to $50 a person.  You can register at discgolfscene.com.  Search for Iowa Tournaments and you will find Disc Golf Palooza
