That is Marshalltown Chief of Police Mike Tupper talking about the new Speed Cameras in Marshalltown. He mentions to me that late next week would be a good time to see the number of citations as then a full week of tickets will have been issued. Sensys Gasto, the company that owns the cameras, will do an initial review of all incidents from the cameras
Chief Tupper expresses that he would rather issue no citations, he wants people to slow down on the roads. Speeding will only cost you money
The 2 stationary cameras are located on Governors Rd. between the Olive and Southridge Rd intersections and on Lincoln Way near the Lincoln Towers
