The 5-year anniversary of the Tornado that went right down main street in downtown Marshalltown is tomorrow, July 19th! As the Marshall County Courthouse is opening up this summer, they are inviting people to come in and see it.
While there was an open house back in November, you can now see a finished product with these guided tours. They will also head to the 4th and 5th floors that the IA Courts will move into soon.
Check out the guided tours on the 5-year anniversary of the tornado and see how far we have come as a community. Reminder, it wasn’t just a tornado, it was a tornado, derecho, and pandemic.
