The Marshalltown Salvation Army has recently changed their operating hours due to the shortfall of donations from the end of the year in 2022.  Chris Nikolai, Captain at the Salvation Army, tells the community the new hours of operation.

Captain Nikolai says the low donations around the end of the year is only 1 factor into this decision.

With construction going on in front of the Salvation Army, Captain Nikolai wanted to remind people that they are open.  There is still access to the back of the building to park.
