Citizens in LeGrand got a wake-up call yesterday morning when the emergency tornado sirens went off. Ronda Braudis 911 Director for the Marshall County Communication Center lets us know what happened.
Braudis tells listeners that they always try to communicate through social media as well. Facebook is their biggest platform and you can find their page called Marshall County Iowa 911.
Quickly after the sirens went off in LeGrand yesterday a message was out saying that it was a mistake and there was not a storm warning.
