This month’s History on the 2^nd Tuesday will take place at the Mowrey Irvine Mansion beginning at 6:30pm on August 8^th.  The topic will be Ghost Towns, and it will be a program given by Dave Baker, the Writer, Photographer, and Researcher for the Iowa History page, the 29^th State.

Dave mentions that most people will learn something new about Marshall County during his program.  Like the old county seat was in Marietta
