Last week there was a young girl who was struck by a pickup truck in Marshalltown. Police Chief Mike Tupper joined the KFJB line for Ask the Newsmakers to update the public about the incident.
The investigation into this incident is still on-going. The chief mentions that it will take a few days to a couple weeks to wrap up the investigation.
The driver was found located near the scene of the incident last week. The girl was struck while riding her bike near the N 6th Ave and Union St intersection.
