According to a release from the City of State Center, they will enact Phase 1 of the water advisory.  This is due to the moderate to severe drought conditions in our area along with a construction project for the new water treatment plant in State Center.  Phase 1 is asking customers to comply with the following:

No watering of lawns, shrubs, or gardens between 8am and 8pm.  No water should be used to fill private swimming pools or children’s wading pools.  The city water splash pad will be shut down.  No water should be used for any cleaning of commercial and industrial equipment or cleaning the streets, car, or other personal items.  For further questions or concerns you can contact the State Center City Hall.
