This weekend is Oktemberfest and it was announced earlier this year that the Courthouse Lawn will be open for this event.  Joel Phillips, Marshall County Sheriff, said the Marshall County Sheriffs Office will have their Seatbelt Convincer.

Sheriff Phillips mentions that people will want to have their mouth closed as even a 5 – 10 mph collision can cause issues.  The Sheriffs office will also have a car from a high-speed crash in Dubuque in 2022.
