MARSHALLTOWN Company is partnering with the Iowa Wild to bring a community ice rink to Marshalltown. This is the 11th community to have one of these community ice rinks with the Iowa Wild. Zach Stalin (Stay-Linn), Director of Product Solutions and Customer Success, tells listeners why the partnership made sense.
The Ice Rink was initially said to be put in at Riverview Park, Stalin tells KFJB that they are trying to find a more central location in town. Nothing is decided yet, and construction won’t begin just yet.
There is still time to make a decision on where the rink will go in Marshalltown. Most of the community rinks are bring your own skates, Stalin mentions they would like to find other partners to help with some supplies.
