The Marshalltown Salvation Army is under new leadership, Envoy John Hofer has come to Marshalltown to serve the community. Typically, Marshalltown Salvation Army has seen Lieutenants leading the Salvation Army.
Hofer has been in Marshalltown for about a month, he started back on August 23rd.
