Yesterday Governor Kim Reynolds held a press conference and announced that a NASCAR Cup Series race will be coming to the Iowa Speedway next year.  Bringing a NASCAR race to the Iowa Speedway is something that is over 15 years in the making and will be a historic day for the state of Iowa.  Here is NASCAR driver Rusty Wallace with comments yesterday
