Drivers in Marshalltown may have needed to use a detour while driving on Center Street yesterday.  A water main broke, just north of Olive Street, on Center Street that has blocked northbound traffic.

That is Heather Thomas, Marshalltown Public Works Director, she mentions the next steps in fixing the issue

When driving northbound on Center Street, you will need to detour 1 block starting at Olive Street.
