Saturday afternoon, the Marshalltown Police Department responded to 10 N 5th St. for a 911 call for unknown issues. Upon arrival to the address, Police learned a wanted fugitive was inside the residence. This fugitive was known to be armed, and after several times attempting to contact the fugitive with no results, the Marshalltown Police Department Tactical team was called to the scene. After a search warrant was served the fugitive was arrested without incident. 20-year-old Frankie Miller, was arrested for Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Probation Violation. This arrest is in connection with an investigation earlier this year with stolen firearms. Miller is being held in the Marshall County jail.
