Mid-Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America covers 29 counties in Central Iowa, one of which is Marshall County.  Matt Hill, Scout Executive, stopped by the KFJB studio recently to talk about an award ceremony coming up on Thursday this week.

As matt alluded too, Mid-Iowa Council will be recognizing a Marshalltownian, Tom Apgar, for his continued support of Boy Scouts.  Tom will be receiving the North Star Award. Star stands for Scouting Trailblazer Award Recognition.
