In 2021 McFarland Clinic started a grant program called Trusted Choice Honors program. This program gives out 10 different $1,000 grants to community organizations, the ideas come from the employees at McFarland Clinic.
That is Shelley Goecke, Marketing and Public Relations Director with McFarland Clinic. Goecke says employees take a lot of pride when their organization is picked.
