This past weekend, Saturday was Veterans Day, which is a time for many of us to remember the men and women who fight for our freedoms.  A recent service member from Marshalltown just retired after a long career, Todd Eipperle. He reminisces about being in class in 1983.

Eipperle spent multiple decades, 40 years, in the service and ended his career as a Sergent Major, E9. Eipperle tells listeners where he spent his time overseas.

Eipperle recently got back from his last tour in the beginning of September.  Eipperle retired from the military after his most recent tour, he has already started back working for the Boy Scouts, Mid-Iowa Council.
