Recently the Marshall County 911 Communication Center was recognized for their incredible work.  They earned the Center of Excellence award from Prepared Life.  Rhonda Braudis, Marshall County 911 Director, talks about being a 911 communication specialist.

Braudis talks about how her team is able to keep their emotions in check while working through tough situations.  There are some tools they use, they have an ability to locate individuals if they have smartphones

Congratulations to Marshall County 911 Team for their recognition.  They are 1 of 2 centers in the state of Iowa to earn the Center of Excellence Award.
