That is Sean Heitmann, Marshalltown Community School Board President. The new Welcome Center at the Orpheum Theater was recently named the B.A. Niblock Welcome Center, in honor of B Niblock and her time spent working for the Marshalltown Community School District as well as her financial support.

Heitmann held a moment of silence at the beginning of the meeting last night to honor both BA Niblock and Kendall Derby.
