Announced by the Marshalltown Community School District, Miller Middle school will continue holding their classes virtually today, Friday, January 19th.  If families need support accessing WiFi, they can contact the main office at Miller Middle school.  Carry out sack lunches will be available to students at Miller Middle School front entrance to pick up from 9am to 1pm.  Miller Middle School is having issues with their heating system.  The school says they will notify families when classes will return to in-person learning.  They anticipate this to take a few days.

The GMG Secondary School is still closed today, due to flooding in the school.  While the Elementary school is on a 2 hour delay and will be in class, it is just the Secondary school that is closed and not in class today.  The buses for GMG will be running on Hard Surface Roads only.
