The Iowa Legislature is looking at a couple bills that will impact drivers on the roadways.  The first one is about hands free driving while using a smartphone.

That is Iowa State Representative Sue Cahill, who represents part of Marshall County.  Another driving bill being discussed would be banning traffic cameras.

Marshalltown has put up 2 speed cameras, one on Lincoln Way and another on Governor Road.  The city also recently approved the purchase of 32 flock cameras to use on the roads.  The bill has discussed banning all traffic cameras
