CIRSI is celebrating a special year this year, as it is their 50th year providing services in Marshalltown and the surrounding areas. Jeff Vance, Executive Director, has been with CIRSI for almost 40 years.
CRISI serves a couple hundred people in a 4 county area in Central Iowa. This summer they will be holding a celebration for the community to highlight the 50 years of service. Vance has had a long term goal for our community.
