Tonight will be a first time event taking place down in Des Moines during the Drake Relays, it will be the Thursday Night Throw Down.  Tonight, the Drake Relays will have Javelin and Hammer Throw for both men and women.

That is the Director of the Drake Relays, Blake Bolden, who is excited to see objects flying through the Des Moines sky.  Bolden talks about how talented the field is for the Throw Down, they had to make room for a National Champion.

The first ever Para-seated Throws will happen tonight at the Drake Relays.
