Cone Park in Sioux City is adding a one of a kind mountain bike park and trails.  John Byrnes is the Park and Recreation Superintendent for Sioux City and he told KFJB listeners why they should make the trek out west. He mentions the park and trails were designed by the International Mountain Biking Association.

Byrnes talks about some of the features

Byrnes says that they have all the supplies needed, so a family could hop into the car and drive to Cone Park to try out all the features.  Don’t worry, Byrnes mentions that it is similar to skiing and snowboarding, there is a lift.

Cone Park mountain bike park and trails opened up Memorial Day weekend and Byrnes said it was busy and tons of fun was had.
