This year, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, denied roughly $29 million in federal funds from the Summer EBT program.  This has communities working to figure out a way to feed their youth over the summer.  A local hospital and healthcare group is stepping up, Story Medical.

That is Stephanie Marsau Director of Marketing with Story Medical.  She says that Story Medical was able to step up because they received some grant money.

Beyond their staff stepping up and volunteering, Marsau says that they are the only hospital in the state doing a program like this.  If someone would like to sign up in the Collins-Maxwell are, you can learn more and register at storymedical.org/grabandgo
